A rather amusing letter to the editor: Jesus speaks through the Republicans. My favorite part:

"The Democrats will not be able to win elections until they renounce their sinful ways and stop encouraging abortions, gayness, and trying to take away our guns."

Yeah, I am so sure that one of Jesus' main concerns is that American's rights to gun ownership aren't restricted. I'll bet he would have been packing a pistol back in Nazareth if they'd existed then. Since when did gun rights become a Christian issue?
